Covid-19 and Economic slowdown has hurted us in some way or the other professionally. Many of us couldn’t manage to get appraisal while some of us even lost jobs or released because of the particular sector being hit hard. Here, I will share Top-5 job portals, I would personally recommend as I, myself, has surveyed over 5000 applicants and job seekers and which portals they will recommend. Most of the Job Seekers in India just upload their profiles in Naukri, Linkedin, IIMJobs etc and wait for application to be accepted. Modern day problems require advanced and smart approach to Job searching and there is no harm to try out and upload resume in the mentioned below portals because there maybe a company waiting for a suitable candidate like you.

(This list is for both Entry level of Experienced professionals)

So here it goes.

1. Angel (Founded: 2010, HQ: United States)

Angel List is by far the most popular and probably the best remote hiring platform for Indian professionals or entry level candidates. If you are hunting for new job or want to explore companies in new industry or different work culture, trying our Angel list is a must. Register, get your CV uploaded and start applying!

2. Snaphunt (Founded: 2017, HQ: Singapore)

Snaphunt is one of the fastest growing remote hiring platform focussing on placing talent based in Asia. Majority of jobs are remote under their data-base and it works differently from other Job Portals. You will be matched to suitable jobs using their AI driven algorithms unlike applying on each and every job so chances of rejection is automatically minimised. If you are thinking of job switch, I would highly recommend to upload your resume and wait for jobs being suitable for your expertise.

3. Remote (Founded: 2015, HQ: United States, Parent: Flexjobs)

Started as a pure remote work portal under the juggernaut, Flexjobs, they focus 100% on Work from home and remote jobs only. Remote.co is a resource for companies that see remote work as an opportunity. We are focused on providing expert insight, best practices, and valuable support for organizations exploring or already embracing a remote team as a significant portion of their workforce. If you want jobs from US companies (May require work permit), I will advice trying out Remote.co. You may also get graveyard working hours.

4. We Work Remotely (Founded: 2013, HQ: United States)

WeWorkRemotely is basic — which is a plus. I’d like to be able to filter a little more e.g. like Angellist “Director && VP” for instane vs. generically looking through Exec jobs. If you are looking for remote jobs, I would suggest you to open an account in WWR and start job hunting.

5. Remote OK (Founded: 2015, HQ: Denmark)

Last but definitely not the least, remote ok. It is also dedicated fully for remote jobs, unlike Snaphunt and Angel. Remote OK is a job board for remote-focused job opportunities. The have many companies in thei, and it’s definitely the best of class of the remote job boards — Solid design, easy-to-use, great job postings.

Conclusion

So, all in all, I would highly recommend to try at least 3 out of above 5 mentioned to get a remote job quickly if you are a working professional and experienced candidates aspiring to switch from onsite to work from home jobs and for entry level candidates, I suggest you to test each of the portal and log in at least once daily as their algorithm works with activity too. Good luck with your job hunting.
